A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a DK5 vehicle.

On September 17, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.104% without a driver’s license on September 22 and 10, 2014, and proceeded to a speed of about 70 km from the west-gu Incheon Western Island to the 5-lane road adjacent to the west-gu west-gu Incheon Western Island.
