Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2016, at the office of the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo District Development Service Association (Mawon-dong) on the ground that the defendant said that the victim C (the age of 61) was impleeped, and that the victim C (the age of 61) was flicking, the defendant flicked the victim's left arms, and flicked the victim's left arms at one time by hand.
