Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2016, at around 08:40, the Defendant: (a) reported by the Service Board that the three-story passenger waiting room located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, the third-ro 846-ro, would cause inconvenience to the passengers; and (b) requested the evacuation of the injured Korean Railroad Police Officer B ( South, the third-year age) who was called out upon receiving a report from the Service Board; (c) and (d) filed a complaint, and “I am, embling, spiting, smoking, bottled, knife, and knife the victim’s face three times in violation of the Railroad Safety Act.”

The Defendant interfered with the duty of maintaining the legitimate order of the victims, who are railroad workers, for three minutes due to the above assault.
