A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sought that D, a cause for C’s service, which was called for, and called up for, the resignation, by avoiding disturbance, such as smoking and supinginginging down tobacco, within the subway B’s subway trains 3, which run the light of the light of the light of the light of the water and the light of the light of the light of the light of the light of the board of directors; and (b) sought that D, a cause for C’s service, which was called out after having filed a civil petition by smoking and supinginginging tobacco into the light of the light of the board of directors
