Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and D are married couples, and E and Defendant B are married children between two or more separated locations.

The Defendants discovered the relationship between E’s husband F and Victim G (the age of 23) and the Victim G at the Victim’s home in order to question and comply with this.

1. Defendant A

A. On February 1, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) had a her husband F and wind against the victim at the front parking lot of the H building at around 17:30 on February 1, 2015.

“Along with sound, the victim’s face at one time with the hand, the victim’s head knife by double hand, the victim’s head knife over several times, the victim’s head knife, leading about about 50 meters, and D (the suspension of indictment) spreads E, B, and the Defendant’s above acts, followed the Defendant’s act, thereby putting the victim’s shoulder up.

As a result, the defendant, together with D, inflicted multiple injuries on the victim in need of treatment for about 14 days.

B. On February 1, 2015, at around 17:40, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head head, knife, and multiple times on the ground of the foregoing reasons at the 17:40 residential area of the I apartment housing F, on February 1, 2015.

2. Defendant B: (a) on February 1, 2015, at the front of the H building at around 17:30, the Defendant: (b) committed an assault as described in paragraph (1) on the front of the H building and caused the Defendant to catch one arms to the victim, “I am lusium (A)” and “I am lusium (A) and F am F amb,” and (c) at this time, the Defendant was flusing the victim’s arms on the other side, resulting in the Defendant’s flusing of the vehicle on which the damaged person intends to get off the vehicle, and the Defendant was seated on the driver’s seat of the said vehicle.

E followed followed the victim's arms and prevents the victim from getting off the vehicle, and the defendant was driving before I apartment house at the time of the movement.

Accordingly, the defendant, together with E, detained the victim about about 10 minutes.
