1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 340,00,000 and KRW 100,000 among them, from October 4, 2007 to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff loaned 24% per annum to the defendant on October 4, 2007 (2% per annum; hereinafter the same shall apply) and 20% per annum on December 31, 2008 (20% per annum on August 12, 2008 and 24% per annum on August 31, 2008, and 36% per annum on March 1, 2009 (30% per annum on March 30, 300, 300, 400 per annum on March 1, 2009) or interest rate of 20% per annum on June 30, 200, 2000, 100, 40% per annum on July 30, 200, 400, 000, 70% per annum on the above loan interest rate of 20% per annum on December 30, 200, 2007.
