A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a soldier who was on duty as TOD driver's disease (rank: 20 years of age, rank: Japanese soldier), victim C (the victim's age, 21 years of age, rank: Japanese soldier) and victim D (the victim's disease) dispatched from E to E as he/she was on duty and served as TOD operator's disease.
