A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

『2015 고단 7176』 피고인은 ‘ 위 챗 (we chat)' 이라는 스마트 폰 채팅 어 플 리 케이 션을 통하여 닉네임 ‘C’ 을 사용하는 성명 불 상의 보이스 피 싱 조직원으로부터 지시를 받아 보이스 피 싱 범행에 사용되는 계좌에 연결된 체크카드를 수령하여 그 계좌에 입금된 돈을 인출한 후 이를 다시 위 ‘C’ 이 지정하는 계좌로 송금해 주는 역할을 하는 보이스 피 싱 조직의 현금 인출 책이다.

1. Accordingly, the Defendant conspireds with the Defendant in collusion with the Defendant’s nameless phishing staff.
