A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 3 through 8 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on March 30, 2017, posted the card on the website of the 200,000 won, posted on the website of the 300,000 won per day of delivery of the card.

A. On April 5, 2017, at the K office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J around 10:00, the Defendant received one physical card (credit number: L) connected to H’s bank account under H’s name and sent it to other delivery books at around 11:00 on the same day in order to deliver it to other delivery books.

B. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant received e-mail cards (the card number: P) connected to N’s corporate bank accounts (O) under the direction of an employee in the name in the vicinity of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government History, upon receipt of an instruction from N’s corporate bank accounts.
