Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On 07:08 on 08, 2020, the Defendant tried to pay the victim C (Nam, 60 years of age) who is a taxi engineer with the card of 10,000 won out of 63,00 won of taxi rates of 63,00,000, and to transfer the remainder to one another.

Therefore, on the ground that the victim is unable to settle down, the victim was pushed down with the bucker or breath of the victim's breath, sealed the right-hand hand once with the left hand, sealed the buck with the upper hand, sealed the head, and boomed the head.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
