Purport of claim and appeal

[Claim]

The following facts are acknowledged according to the contents of Gap evidence 1 to Gap evidence 4 and the purport of the whole pleadings.

C On May 15, 2014, a stock company loaned 3,000,000 won to the Defendant at the interest rate of 27.9% per annum and the due date of repayment until May 15, 2017.

The defendant did not pay interest from September 26, 2017.

On the other hand, C transferred the above claim to D Co., Ltd. on August 21, 2015, and D transferred the above claim to the Plaintiff on May 26, 2017.

D notified the Defendant of the above transfer.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 3,00,000 won and 27.9% interest per annum from September 26, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance which accepted the plaintiff's claim of this case is just in conclusion, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed.
