Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of the construction engineer career certificate (a first class engineer in the construction field).

From May 2, 2011 to February 23, 2012, the Defendant leased the career certificate of the Defendant’s construction technology to the Age Construction Co., Ltd. through B, a loan broker for the qualification certificate, on the roads near the Chuncheon-si from May 2, 201.
