A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On April 20, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act: (a) operated a cruise car without a driver’s license; and (b) changed the two-lane road in front of the shooting distance in the floor park entrance of the ridged Park, which is located in the sub-city of the city of the west-si in the lower-west city; and (c) changed the lane from the lower-west viewing room to the one-lane of Gwangju.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to inform the direction change in advance and to change the lane safely by keeping the traffic situation in the surrounding area well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the change of the lane to the left-hand left-hand turn, and caused the collision of the victim D(32 years of age) driving with the front-hand part of the Eone Star passenger car driving, which was normally driven at the left-hand turn-hand turn-hand, with the front-hand part of the cruise car driving in question.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer injury, such as light oil, which requires treatment for about two weeks, due to such occupational negligence, and at the same time damaged the said Cost of repair of the said Cost of Cost of 870,000 won.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on the date and time set forth in paragraph (1), driving the said cruise motor vehicle at a section of about 2 km from the 372-100 front to the place set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article.
