1. Textbooks to promote the use of copyrighted works of June 25, 2013 by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation with the objective of developing computer software, consulting, selling, maintaining, and repairing, and the Defendant is a corporation that carries out business such as collecting and analyzing domestic and overseas information and data on textbooks with the aim of improving the quality of textbooks and performing comprehensive research functions related to textbooks.

On June 3, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff and the Defendant with respect to the establishment of a textbook specialized library for the promotion of the use of copyrighted works, the overall content of the project is to establish a business textbook under the name of “establishment of a textbook specialized library for the promotion of the use of copyrighted works” and to connect it to other general libraries via the Defendant’s website online (hereinafter “instant project”).
