A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2019, around 02:13, at the main station located in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant joined the table table of the victim D (57 years old) who does not have any one-face identification with the Defendant, and collected beer diseases, which are dangerous objects on the table table without any particular reason, and then collected beer’s face one time as beer.
