Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2019, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Incheon District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 07:40 on November 9, 2019, the Defendant driven a vehicle in B T-gu at a distance of about 10km from the vicinity of the iron farm station in Magsan-dong to the west coast in Sinung-si, Sinung-si, Sinung-si, 1332, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.141% of blood alcohol level.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
