If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won by violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court on March 23, 2007.

At around 20:40 on March 15, 2020, the Defendant driven a ENscoo car at a section of about 10 km from the Cheongdo-gun B in front of the Gyeongdo-do-ro to the front road of D, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.094%.
