1. On March 10, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed an intrusion upon the victim E in a room used by the victim E in the first floor of 200:10 on March 10, 2018, and stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate, the agricultural credit card company, and the victim’s non-appellant’s cream card with yellow 100,000 won at the market price.
