Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On July 16, 2013, the Defendant, at the back seat of E-si driven by the victim D (50 years of age) of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, asked the destination of the victim at the back seat of E-si, and without any reason, assaulted the victim by hand when the victim’s right return and face are several times.
