A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On February 21, 2014, at around 15:00 on February 21, 2014, the Defendant administered opphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of opphones from the home of the female friendly district living at the time of Cambodia Fladice, to the glass pipe, and then heating the opphones in a manner of inhaleing the smoke.

2. On February 21, 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner that inhales it by attaching the smoke to the hemp tobacco containing approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the same place as paragraph (1) at around 15:30 on February 21, 2014.

3. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant administered 0.1g of phiphonephones in the same manner as Paragraph 1, at the same place as Paragraph 1, at around 16:00 on March 2, 2014.

4. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant smoking marijuana: (a) around 16:30 on March 2, 2014, smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the same manner as Paragraph (2) at the same place as Paragraph (1).
