Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, each of the two years from the date of the final judgment against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On May 25, 2014, the Defendants: (a) committed an act of obstruction of the performance of official duties and a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) on the front of gold forced landing in the middle of the Busan-gu, Busan-si; (b) on the front of the gold forced landing in the area of 689, the Defendants: (c) expressed a bath to E as a matter of payment of taxi expenses; (d) spits in the taxi run by E at the above place; and (e) Ha was called to the police officers belonging to the Busan-gu, Police Station G District of the Busan-gu, upon receiving 112 reports, after getting off the front of the victim; and (e) Ha was called to the police officers and the victim, who were the victims of the above taxi, after getting off the front of the victim; and (e) tried to use the victim’s head slick, who was off the victim’s slick, and slick up the victim’s body for one time to arrest the victim.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases, and at the same time they jointly inflict injury on the victims.
(2) At around 02:50 on May 25, 2014, the Defendants: (a) committed assault against the Defendants, on the grounds that they arrested the Defendants as flagrant offenders under suspicion of obstruction of the performance of official duties, including Defendant B, a police officer belonging to the said G District, who is the victim, at one time via the victim’s side gate of the victim; and (b) Defendant B, a police officer belonging to the said G District, a police officer in charge of the said G District, who tried to take approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (c) Defendant B, a police officer in charge of the said G District, walked a part of the knife, who tried to walk the part of the said Gbbbbbbbs.
