The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of the acceptance of bribe among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and it did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of acceptance of bribe in advance, or by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
