1. As to KRW 126,080,326 among the Plaintiff and KRW 106,080,326 among them, the Defendant shall start from August 25, 2015 to January 24, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is the owner of the building C on the ground (hereinafter “instant building”) in the Gu Government-si.
B. On February 22, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and the instant building with a deposit of KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 900,000, and the lease period of KRW 21,200 from February 22, 2011 to February 21, 2013 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), paid the said deposit of KRW 20,000,000 at that time, and operated the fishing products retail store (hereinafter “instant store”) with the trade name “D”).
C. On July 25, 2015, around 05:41, a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred in the instant building, the boundary wall and tent of the instant store was destroyed, and the inside of the store was damaged by noise and flood, and the Plaintiff was unable to operate the instant store until now due to the instant fire.
