Defendant

A is the president of the Association of Incorporated Association, and Defendant B is the secretary general of the Association.

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On January 12, 2017, the Defendants: (a) conspired to forge the minutes of an extraordinary general meeting on January 12, 2017; (b) had the head of the general affairs E, without authority, prepare the minutes of an extraordinary general meeting on January 12, 2017, stating that “The research institute affiliated with the C Association shall be located in the F Building G of Geumcheon-gu Seoul,” without authority, for the purpose of using them in the amendment of the C Association at the office of the D Association located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu; and (c) Defendant B arbitrarily written 64 signatures, such as H, I, and J, in the column for confirmation of the list of participants of the said minutes, as described in the attached list of crimes.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the minutes of the special general meeting on January 12, 2017, which is a private document about a certificate of fact.

B. On January 12, 2017, Defendant A and the chief of general affairs department E submitted an application for change of the articles of incorporation to a public official in charge of a corporation who is not aware of the fact in the Food Food and Drug Safety Policy, in relation to the food policies of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety located in Song-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Song-gu, Seoul, Cheong-gu, Cheong-gu, 187, the 187 Osong-gu, Cheong-gu, Cheong-gu, Cheong-gu, and submitted the minutes of the extraordinary meeting as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) to the extent that the minutes of the general meeting were duly formed.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to act on January 12, 2017, when exercising the minutes of the special general meeting.

C. On January 31, 2017, the Defendants, who forged the minutes of the board of directors, in collusion, receive a loan from the K Bank in the name of the C Association at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) on January 31, 2017, without authority, for the purpose of obtaining a loan from the K Bank in the name of the C Association.
