Reasons
1. Facts charged;
A. On August 1, 2010, the Defendants conspired to sell the above L/C land to A and one other and appointed a representative to transfer ownership without the authority to use the land for the transfer of ownership in the name B and A in the cafeteria of the trade name “H” located in the Sejong Special Self-Governing City of Sejong (hereinafter “the instant clan”). Despite the fact that the instant clan general meeting was held, the Defendants did not have the authority to use the land for the land for Y in the name B and the Chungcheongnam-gun, which is owned by the I clan, for the purpose of using the land for the transfer of ownership in the name B, and for the purpose of registering the transfer of ownership, the Defendants arbitrarily attended the instant clan and the land for the instant clan to the effect that “the 40 members of the instant clan attend the said clan and sold the land for the said clan to A and one other, and to perform the said duties as the representative of M” and then arbitrarily signed the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting on July 11, 2010, and then did not voluntarily consent to the name of the S, QN, name and Q, name and QN, name attached, name and Q.
B. On September 1, 2010, the Defendants conspired to do so, and submitted the forged minutes of the special general meeting to the employees of the said registry office, who are aware of the forgery, for the purpose of completing the registration of ownership transfer in the name of B and A, at the registration office of the Daejeon District Court Measures Division (Seoul District Court) on September 1, 2010.
2) The Defendants conspired with the Defendants on October 4, 2010 to the employees of the said registry office, who are aware of the forgery of the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting of August 3, 2010, for the purpose of making the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of B or A for the land owned by the instant clan at the registration office of the Daejeon District Court Measures Division, Daejeon District Court.
