Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:50 on August 24, 2012, the Defendant set a clause on the ground that, while drinking alcohol on the alleyway in front of the Diplomatic Association in Songpa-gu Seoul, the Fbage Collection Vehicle operated by the victim E (39 years of age) who is a street cleaners was driven by driving a vehicle for one-way traffic path.

피고인은 "일방통행을 역주행하면 어떻게 하느냐, 씨발놈들아”라고 욕설을 한 것에 대하여 위 피해자가 창문 밖으로 얼굴을 내밀어 쳐다본다는 이유로 손바닥으로 위 피해자의 우측 빰을 1회 때리고 멱살을 잡아 밀고 당겼다.

In addition, the Defendant committed assault by taking the face of the said victim once, etc. on the ground that the victim G (50 years of age) had observed and met the damage of the East, by taking the face of the said victim once.

2. At around 22:55 on August 24, 2012, the Defendant refused arrest of the Defendant on the grounds that he was in the same place as the foregoing paragraph (1) and on the same grounds as the foregoing, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender and demanded him to take aboard the patrol vehicle; and (b) interfered with legitimate execution of official duties from around 22:50 on the same day to around 230:50 on the same day with the intention of evading arrest.
