A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in the name of transfer after purchasing the motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

On January 1, 2016, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired the instant large-scale vehicle from a person in an influence of his/her name, in cash, at the vicinity of a bus terminal in the Namwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the first day of January 2016.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road;

The Defendant, as seen above, operated the instant tea that was not covered by mandatory insurance in the Busan Kim Il-ju, from January 1, 2016, to May 16, 2018.

3. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant forged the registration number plate of the instant vehicle, which was in arrears with the fine for negligence imposed on the instant fleet, and was kept in custody at the Busan Western Police Station, and was trying to drive the instant vehicle after forging the registration number plate and attaching it.

On July 2016, the Defendant added the two iron plates to the size of the car registration number plate, where the line is in the Dong-si, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si on the day of July 2016.
