A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Where a person who has acquired a motor vehicle intends to transfer it to a third party, he/she shall transfer the ownership of the motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor before transferring it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant acquired a large-scale vehicle by means of purchasing a large-scale vehicle from the large-scale seller C or exchanging the vehicle of the Defendant with the vehicle of another person in exchange for the distribution of the vehicle of another person in the name of the Defendant, without making a registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant, intended to put a notice of the large-scale sales of the vehicle on the designated vehicle site of "D" and "E" into the designated vehicle site of "D" and sell it with certain profits to other persons.

Around August 8, 2014, the Defendant did not transfer the ownership of a coos car that was acquired by the said method at the Changwon’s public parking lot in the name of the Defendant, and received and transferred the coos car to G from May 16, 2010 to October 2, 2014 in the same manner, including the transfer of the purchase price of KRW 3.4 million from May 16, 2010 to the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant, and transferred the 38 large-scale car by receiving KRW 105,420,000 in total from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired the tea, and transferred it to a third party without making a transfer registration of automobile ownership in his name.
