A and B Imprisonment with labor for one year, for each of 10 months, for Defendant C, D and E, and for Defendant F and G, for each of 8 months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who commits a joint crime of Defendant A, B, C, D, or E shall sell, sell, or smoke marijuana;
A. The Defendants conspired to pay the purchase price for marijuana to the hemp seller in advance, and then purchased marijuana in such a manner as described above from October 6, 2017 to October 7, 2017 by bringing about two grams of the non-commercial housing located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul at the bottom of the air-conditioner’s base on the alleyway between around 00 to October 7, 2017 and around 01:00, and then purchased marijuana at least nine times from around that time to April 22:00, 2018.
B. The Defendants conspired to smoke in marijuana, around 01:0 on October 7, 2017, and then smoked about 2 grams in a way that inhales marijuana purchased as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (a) by inserting smoke with a fire, and then inhales it. From around that time to April 23:00 on April 26, 2018, the Defendants smoked marijuana over 10 times in the same manner as shown in the attached Table 2.
2. No person who commits a joint crime by Defendant F or G shall trade or smoke marijuana;
A. The Defendants, in collusion, paid the purchase price of marijuana to the hemp seller in advance, and purchased marijuana over two occasions in the manner described above, from around 22:00 on February 19, 2018 to around 23:00 by taking about three grams of the irregular buses parked under the rear wheels of the bus parked in the I parking lot located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as well as from around that time to April 23:00 on April 11, 2018.
B. On February 19, 2018, the Defendants: (a) in collusion to smoke in marijuana; and (b) in a manner of saving tobacco in the alleys adjacent to the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (c) inserting marijuana purchased as referred to in paragraph (a) in that manner; and (d) inhaleing smoke by attaching a fire.
