Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2015, at around 23:50, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.116% while under the influence of alcohol on the front side of the Geum-dong Seoul Metropolitan City Parking Lot from the front side of the said Geum-si Parking Site to the front side of the said Geum-si reservoir.
