Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2017, at around 08:30, the Defendant driven a B-Korean cruise car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.173% from the section of approximately 4km from the front day of the Geumsan East East-dong, Geumsi-dong, Geumsi-si, Seoul, to the long day of the mixe-dong, Kusi-si.
