A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 01:00 on June 2, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time, who was a victim F (29 years of age) of C, who was a driver’s walked in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, to report to the police on the cell phone in order to report the victim’s left shoulder to the police, with a defect that he/she reported on the victim’s cell phone from the victim F (29 years of age).
