Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:10 on January 24, 2015, the Defendant insultingd the victim, such as, in front of the C Hospital located in Busan Northern District B, on the ground that the Defendant was reported at C Hospital that the Defendant was suffering from riot, and that the slope victim E belonging to the D District Police Station 1 Team of the Busan Northern District Police Station, who was called out after having received a report at C Hospital, was satisfing the Defendant’s disturbance and returning home to the Republic of Korea, and that the Defendant was satisfing the Defendant, such as: (a) the officer or staff of the hospital on his name, a large number of unsatisfies, and a large amount of unsatisfing patients, and the Defendant was satisfing the victim on the spot where the police officer changed the morale.
