A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a father of the victim C (n, 28 years of age) who is a disabled person of Grade III with intellectual disability.

The victim sees D and Fridong E that late work with the defendant's house and words D's house and late work on behalf of W and Fridong E, and even if the victim sexual intercourses with another victim, even if the female or Fridong does not have any problem, the defendant is in a psychological old situation where the victim cannot easily raise a problem by considering his/her female or words, and he/she thought that he/she was a witness by taking a frith to exercise violence against the female and female who is denied, and tried to have sexual intercourse with the victim by taking advantage of the lack of ability to exercise the right to sexual self-determination due to the intellectual disorder.

1. From Apr. 11, 2013 to Apr. 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at D’s house located in Ansan-si F during the period of Ansan-si; (b) at D’s house at night, at a larger room between him and her house, the Defendant: (c) laid down a small door of the following door to the victim who was diving together with him with her; and (d) laid off the victim’s house; and (c) had sexual intercourse by inserting his fingers into the part of the victim’s sound and inserting his sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ.

2. From April 17, 2013 to 20, the Defendant, at the house of the above D, as described in paragraph 1, left the victim at a small room, as well as as described in paragraph 1, had sexual intercourse by inserting the victim’s chest as soon as possible, inserting the victim’s fingers, inserting his fingers into the part of the victim’s sound, and inserting his fingers into the part of the victim’s sexual intercourse.

3. On May 23, 2013 through 26, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si Group G, at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si, where E goes to work at night, left the Defendant’s house at a small room, and then, the Defendant, “E gets divorced and live with another male and female, if she does not hear the horses,” was off from the victim’s seat, putting the finger back into the victim’s negative part, knife the chest, and sexual intercourse by inserting the sexual organ into the victim’s sex.

4. The Defendant shall work at the above Defendant’s home at night on May 27, 2013 through May 28, 2013, and E shall work at night.
