1. The Defendant: KRW 71,545,394 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 1, 2014 to December 5, 2019; and

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice)

3. On May 21, 2019, grounds for dismissal of partial claims, following the enforcement of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768), only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 shall be recognized.
