1. The Defendant’s KRW 96,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from November 11, 2009 to July 7, 2019.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. On May 21, 2019, grounds for dismissal of partial claims, following the enforcement of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768), only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 shall be recognized.
