Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a victim C (a name, female, and 41 years of age) and a hedging company from October 2014 to March 2017, 2017. 1. Intimidation

A. The victim sent letters to the victim as “final” and threatened the victim.

On July 26, 2017, the Defendant sent the victim’s words “Accomponer of a kindergarten saw the tear gas gasthro,” on the ground that the victim was not subject to telephone at a sconed area below the Jinjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on July 26, 2017, thereby threatening the victim.

피고인은 2017. 7. 26. 05:23 경 전주시 덕진구 이하 불상지에서 피해자가 전화를 받지 않는다는 이유로 “ 야 이 씨 벌 년 아 니 새끼들 짝짝 찢어 죽여 벌 라니 까, 그리 알어, 샹 년 아 ”라고 피해자에게 문자를 전송하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
