When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report or apply any false fact with respect to a resident registration or resident registration certificate.

Although the Defendant was the head of Dong-si B’s house, and did not have resided together with C’s father D, on August 18, 2017, the Defendant reported false facts about the resident registration as if he were living together with D, and had the employee in charge of the E-Myeon office move into the Defendant’s domicile.
