A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

3. The Defendant of the crime committed on March 31, 2014 deposited KRW 190,000 in the account as set forth in paragraph (1) around 19:22 on March 31, 2014. In return, C shall include approximately 0.05g of low-lophonephones in the fire-fighting station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire-Fighting Zone 829-15, and the Defendant shall find them on the same day after finding them.
