Punishment of the crime

1. On May 6, 2017, around 23:30 on May 6, 2017, the Defendant embezzled, without following necessary procedures, the victim C (67 tax) card 1, identification card, cash 50,000 won, and returned to the victim, the Defendant embezzled, on his/her own thought, without following necessary procedures.

2. On May 7, 2017, at around 00:02, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, the Defendant purchased goods worth KRW 575,760 in total eight times in total, and settled the amount by credit cards, as shown in the separate sheet of crime, from around 00:02 to around 00,000, by settling the amount with C’s Busan Bank BC card, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and using the credit card acquired, as if it were the Defendant’s card.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by deceiving the victim, and used the stolen credit card.

3. A thief: (a) around May 15, 2017, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the victim H(43) in G Traditional Markets located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, with a single eye between the damaged party and the damaged party, with a view to selling the victim H (43) of the G Traditional Markets located in the G Traditional Markets located in the Busan-dongF; (c) 2,500 won of the market price, and 2,500 won of the market price, which includes 26,500 won of the market price; and (d) 1 shopping car, which includes 26,500 won of the market price.
