A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

1. No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. that violates road traffic Acts shall threaten or endanger other persons, or cause any danger to traffic, by repeatedly committing any act, such as violation of speed, securing of a safe distance, violation of prohibition of change of course, method of passing ahead, etc., or by continuing or repeating any act;

On April 28, 2017, around 18:30, the Defendant continued to cause danger to traffic by driving a B-car in the section from the point of 212km to the point of 200km of the west-do Coastal Highway, Seocheon-si, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do., the Defendant, at the end of 18:30 on April 28, 2017, without securing the safety distance between the vehicles, continuously changing the lane without securing the safety distance between the vehicles (i.e., one blade), and (ii) violating the direction of the front.

2. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

A. On June 2017, the Defendant administered a philophone by inserting approximately 0.03g, which is a daily medication, to put about approximately one 0.03g of the Megatopist (hereinafter “philophone”), which is a local mental medicine, into a single-time injection machine, at the bar of the former North Korea, such as Hasan-si, Kim Jong-si, and the former North Korea, Hacheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Cheongcheon-gun, Incheon, and Seocheon-si, not more than KRW 10 million.

B. On September 2017, the Defendant administered a penphone of approximately 0.03g, a volume of one-time medication, in the following ways: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Plaintiff administered a penphone of approximately KRW 0.03g, a volume of one-time medication, in a non-fluent area of KRW 10,000,000, such as the Gyeonggi-do Day, Seoul, Macheon-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and Jeonju-si.
