Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
No person shall extract ingredients from plants or mushroomss used as raw materials for psychotropic drugs, export or import such plants or mushrooms, possess or own them for the purpose of export or import, and shall export or import, manufacture, trade, or assist in the trade of marijuana.

As a result, the Defendant imported mushrooms and marijuana, which are used as new raw materials, respectively, as a psychotropic medicine.
