Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2018, at around 20:40, the Defendant discovered that the victim, who was unable to know his/her name in the Escoper located in the line C located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, was suffering from a short stude, and then taken a stude part of the victim’s stude in a cell phone with a camera function.

On May 3, 2018, the Defendant discovered that the Victim H (Gam, Gam, 24 years old) suffered from franchis in Escoping from GJ 2 lines located in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to 6 lines, and taken the part of the victim’s franchiscopic part of the cell phone with the Defendant’s cell phone function, and then taken the franchiscoping part of the victim’s franchiscopic part.

Accordingly, the defendant taken four times against his will the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mobile phone with a camera function.
