A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 19, 2016, around 16:39, the Defendant discovered that the victim, who was unable to know his name in the electric car of subway No. 1 line E located in Ansan-si, Manyang-si, Manan-si, passed through the electric railroad station (e.g., subway No. 1 line E), was seated with the primary shotus and bucks in a mobile phone with the Defendant’s own camera function, divided a photographer of the mobile phone with the Defendant’s body function into a photographer of the victim, and taken the part of the victim’s buckbucks.
