A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant had intent to use a credit card by using the fact that the victim C suffers from a chronic disease, with a view to using the credit card from the victim to pay the credit card price on the settlement date, despite the intention of not paying the credit card price.
