1. The parties' assertion

A. The plaintiff's assertion was that the defendant had a duty to perform funeral construction works in accordance with the model housing construction contract for the newly constructed apartment housing that was promoted by the housing association in Ypool, Young, and Gosan area. However, in order to implement this contract, the plaintiff and the plaintiff entered into a contract to perform funeral construction works for each of the above model housing (hereinafter "the contract of this case") (hereinafter "the contract of this case"). The plaintiff supervised the construction of this case and confirmed whether it completed the construction of this case, and the agreement that the funeral construction works should be conducted free of charge in each of the above model housing construction contract is not only an issue between the defendant and the promotion committee of the housing association of the above area, and the plaintiff paid considerable expenses for the construction of this case.

B. The plaintiff asserted that the defendant had been doing construction work according to the agreement with the defendant, but it was limited to "services" without compensation for the purpose of selecting the plaintiff as a company that supplies materials to enter each of the above new construction works.

For this reason, even though the construction cost under the contract of this case was paid in several million won, the contract was not prepared in writing.
