1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 253,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 19% per annum from December 23, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company with the objective of real estate development business, real estate consulting business, etc. 2) The Defendant is the implementer of the regional housing association business at the Namyang-si city, and D Co., Ltd (hereinafter “D”) is a company with the objective of real estate development, etc., and is the Defendant’s agent.

B. (hereinafter “E”) entered into a business management contract (hereinafter “instant business management contract”) with respect to the “F project” (hereinafter “instant business”).
