A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and nine months.

Seized evidence 6, 13 or 15 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 1997, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of two years and for a short of one year and six months with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Gangseo Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Incheon District Court on July 18, 2007.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. At around 02:00 on August 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a window for a multi-use room at the victim D’s 2nd floor in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) opened a multi-use room at the victim’s office; and (c) intruded to the inner bank; and (d) stolen the victim’s cash 2,50,000, market price of KRW 3,000,000, KRW 1500,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 50,000, KRW 1,000, the market price of the 1,00, KRW 200, KRW 700, and KRW 700,000.

B. At around 01:00 on September 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened the kitchen window in the victim F’s house in the second floor in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) opened the kitchen window in the middle floor E; and (c) intruded the inside, and stolen the Defendant’s goods worth KRW 9,500,000 in total, including the market price of KRW 4,300,000 in cash, the victim’s ownership, and the part of the Defendant’s capital in the middle floor in the market price of KRW 1,60,000 in the amount of KRW 1,60,000 in the market price; and (d) stolen the Defendant’s goods worth KRW 1,60,000 in the market price of KRW 40,00 in the market price of KRW 400,00 in the market price.

C. At around 14:00 on September 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened the kitchen window at the victim H’s house located in Seocheon-si G 301, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) opened the kitchen room at the house; and (c) intruded to the inside, the Defendant: (a) laid down the kitchen room at the victim’s house; and (d) laid down the kitchen room at the victim’s own cash of KRW 200,000; (b) 4, 5, 10, 10, 2, 4, and 20, the total market price of KRW 219,380.

On September 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on September 17, 2014, at the time of the victim I’s house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu G 302; (b) opened the said window and opened the said door door; and (c) invaded the said door to the inside, thereby infringing the victim’s ownership of KRW 5,000.
