Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2014, at around 21:15, the Defendant driven a BNFbea car with approximately 180 meters of alcohol content 0.175% under the influence of alcohol to the front road of the yellow dust store located in the street located in the same rith of the Gyeong-gu Gyeongg-si, Gyeongwon-gu, Gyeongcheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-gu, Seoul, with a view to under the influence of alcohol content.
