1. On May 27, 2014, the Defendant’s disciplinary action for seven days of service against the Plaintiff shall be revoked.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Details of the disposition
From June 7, 2012, the Plaintiff is a person who was in office as the head of the Army Association Division Office of B, and was in office as a rank master and a position assistant director.
On December 2013, the Plaintiff was in charge of the funeral chairperson of the deceased C Captain who committed suicide due to sexual indecent acts and cruel acts, etc., and was conducted in the military association legal branch of the army around 2013.
On February 25, 2014, the Plaintiff explained the father and the mother father of the deceased, who is a surviving family member, about the tent, and made a statement to the effect that “The private house of the deceased, who was present in the natural disaster, was presumed to be the deceased,” and that according to the private suicide, the women’s old age “I would like to be too good for the people and the birth. I want to cease the human life. I want to see that the deceased’s body with learning and interest directly leads to an undecent human organ, and that his father said that he was the father “prehing.”

As to the Plaintiff’s above remarks and press reports, ① Although the deceased’s death case should be noted separately in and outside the military, the Defendant sent it to his/her bereaved family as it is, and as a result, caused the media to feel suspicion that the Gun has followed an agreement with the perpetrator and caused a violation of the military personnel’s duty to maintain dignity (Article 9 of the Military Service Rule). ② According to the National Defense Public Relations Directive, the military personnel should inform the media department in charge of publicity when he/she receives a request for an interview, despite having to inform him/her of the fact that he/she should go through the public relations department.
